16. You must not organize illegal political/religious/spiritual/social/racial/sexual gatherings or discussions or events on any topic and at all times.
17. You agree and understand that your communication channels might be monitored due to your connection to us or any of our clients. Legal representatives might request records of your communication, including but not limited to emails, land post checkpoints, cabled/mobile phones, browser/search history, chat/VoIP/video services, ISP meta archives, mobile applications, games, security audit logs, local & social media.
18. Zeta Ret makes no guarantees regarding the physical and/or mental fitness of any Client or User. You shall perform the services and obligations set out in this Agreement at your own risk. Zeta Ret is not responsible for any injury that may be incurred during or offsite duty by sides of conflict, including but not limited to mental abuse, torture, physical and property damage, abduction, theft, medical termination of body parts, or death.
19. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Zeta Ret sole discretion, result in termination of your Zeta Ret account. You understand and agree that Zeta Ret cannot and will not be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for Zeta Ret, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.

You may not access or use the website for any other purpose other than that for which Zeta Ret makes it available. The website is for the personal use of users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Zeta Ret. In case of any prohibited activities committed by the user, the company has the right to suspend, block or terminate the user's membership and prevent your access to log in the service. 20. Deleting the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Contribution or Zeta Ret Content.
21. Capturing, screenshotting and/or recording visual, audio and/or textual content, including but not limited to creative images, company or client logos, contact information. You are not allowed to display, advertise, lecture or write about information regarding any of our clients or us in any means and at all times without the prior written consent of Zeta Ret.
22. Using the website in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
23. Any other suspected malicious activities on Zeta Ret website or applications.

All notices, requests, and other communications hereunder must be in writing.

This Agreement may be amended, supplemented, or modified only by a written instrument duly executed by or on behalf of each party hereto.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.

The headings used in this Agreement have been inserted for convenience of reference only and do not define or limit the provisions hereof.

This Agreement, and any additional attached schedules and exhibits on paper or digital document, supersede all prior discussions, understandings, arrangements and agreements among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, including but not limited to the Terms of Use (Terms, Conditions, Obligations) Agreement and Privacy Policy Agreement by and between the Company and Executive, as amended through the date hereof, and contain the sole and entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect thereto.

Contractors will be properly classified as independent contractors of Zeta Ret and Client. The Client has the right to supervise, direct, or control Contractor's work, working hours and location of work, if not expressly agreed to remote work. Client agrees to provide training or equipment needed for any Contract, and the agreement as it is created agency relationship between Client and Contractor.
The contractor may be eligible or entitled to participate in any benefit plans offered by Client to others. The client has no responsibility for Contractor's independent business and nothing in this Agreement reduces Contractor's responsibility to conduct the business.

The Website and all of its original content are the sole property of Zeta Ret and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Any and all of the content presented on the Zeta Ret website is, unless explicitly stated otherwise, subject to a copyright held by Zeta Ret. 5. The Client will be charged for any additional requested support after the contracted agreement.
6. License terms and components are applicable to changes at any time.
7. Requests for New features in purchased licenses are charged separately.
8. Updates of purchased licensed components and modules will be messaged to the Client.
9. Sublicenses for Client's products released on the market can be purchased.
10. Reselling of purchased licenses and Zeta Ret Code is strictly forbidden.
11. Additional contracting and negotiation of prices, quantities and functionalities are available upon request.

Zeta Ret reduces the duration of all control impairing effects on contracts by 75% (e.g. 12 months down to 3 months). We strongly encourage you to patent your work since we are not taking the obligation to decline incoming requests in the same area of proficiency whenever our author's work and skills are used. No effects apply in case of no contractual basis.
Control impairing effects are delay, mobility, immobilize, remote work, permanent relocation, competitive activities, prohibition, engagement, employment, trial period, silence, confidentiality, risks, luring, cursing, phishing, traps, taunt, provoke, and any other time-period-based effects in no benefit of the Service.

We shall prosecute any breaches of these terms in any medium of communication at all times. We will by no means leave the guilty unpunished.

Zeta Ret reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service, without any advance notice.

The provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of your engagement and the assignment of this Agreement to any successor in interest or other assignee.

Any of the parties involved in this Agreement shall restore their obligations in full force and effect thereafter, in case of temporal death, physical and/or mental illness, arrest, jailing, military service, cybernation, pregnancy, special maternity/parental leave.

This Agreement will be binding upon your heirs, executors, administrators and other legal representatives and will be for the benefit of the Company, its successors, and its assigns.

This Agreement, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Zeta Ret in connection with the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeta Ret concerning the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Zeta Ret failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

This standard defines an upper curse and terminates a process without giving effect.
Provisions and sources are deemed invalid, unenforceable and severe in the event of not meeting the required efficiency rate or capacity state or entering elliptic curve of the loop, assets are exhausted and destroyed.
